This data is collected through agreements, emails, and customer surveys. Providing this information is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent Alotta from offering access to certain products or services.

Alotta does not collect sensitive personal data such as national or personal identification numbers from website visitors.

Use of Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to generate anonymized statistics on website traffic. Plausible does not use cookies, and the data collected cannot be linked to individual users. This helps us understand which pages receive the most traffic without compromising user privacy.

Purpose of data collection

Data is acquired to provide products, services, and information, as well as to improve our existing offerings. This may include ensuring access to customer support, product information, and relevant updates.

Data storage

The collected data is securely stored in Alotta’s customer and supplier systems.

How to request data erasure

You may request the erasure of your personal data by contacting Alotta directly. However, this erasure must comply with Norwegian legal requirements, such as the Archives Act or the Accounting Act.

Sharing of data with third parties

Personal data is not shared with external third parties unless it is necessary to deliver specific services. Alotta may use subcontractors for data processing purposes, who may also process personal data on Alotta’s behalf, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Cookies and web analytics

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. However, Alotta previously used Google Analytics, which anonymized IP addresses before storing data. As of 12.09.2024, we now exclusively use Plausible Analytics, which operates without cookies and does not store identifiable personal data such as IP addresses.

Social media data

When interacting with Alotta on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram any comments or assessments will be publicly visible under your profile name. This information is not stored in Alotta’s internal systems.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data Alotta processes, as well as how it is processed. You can also request rectification or erasure of your personal data, or impose restrictions on its processing in line with applicable regulations. If your personal data is processed based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
