Project Portfolio Manager
Alotta is strengthening its organization with a Project Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for ensuring structure, momentum, and execution across a rapidly growing and increasingly international project portfolio. The role is central to the continued development of how projects are prioritized, governed, and delivered – in close collaboration with leadership, commercial teams, and technical experts, both nationally and internationally.
As Project Portfolio Manager at Alotta, you will hold a key position at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for creating clarity, establishing strong frameworks, and ensuring effective collaboration across projects and delivery environments, while also stepping in to personally lead selected projects where strong direction and execution capability are required.
The role reports to the leadership team and works closely with key functions across the company to ensure that projects support Alotta’s overall objectives, growth plans, and delivery capacity in a global market.
Kew Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Alotta’s project portfolio, including prioritization, governance, and follow-up
- Lead selected strategically important or complex projects from initiation through delivery
- Further develop structures, frameworks, and governance models for project execution
- Ensure strong portfolio visibility, capacity management, and decision support for leadership
- Monitor progress, risk, and delivery quality across projects and markets
- Lead and facilitate portfolio reviews, planning processes, and relevant decision forums
Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working, collaboration, and tools
Leadership and Organizational Development
- You will have direct line management responsibility for our Project Managers, while also being a key contributor to the development of strong and well-functioning delivery environments across the organization
- The role is designed with room for further development of both scope and responsibility, in line with Alotta’s growth, increasing complexity, and ambitions
- Contribute to building a culture characterized by clear accountability, collaboration, and strong execution capability in an organization with an international footprint
Desired Qualifications
- Higher education within a relevant field (technical, business, project management, or similar)
- Experience in project and portfolio management within complex and preferably international delivery environments
- Experience leading projects hands-on, in addition to leading and developing others
- Strong understanding of prioritization, resource management, and decision-making processes
- Ability to combine structure and analytical thinking with practical execution
